Insights Curry Launches Connected AI Tools for Research and Consumer Feedback
Insights Curry has launched an AI product ecosystem designed to help organizations use existing consumer research, collect new feedback and connect analysis to business workflows. Announced on Oct. 27, 2026, the suite comprises five products: PersonaAI, SegmentIQ, InsignAI, Enspeek and TalkNAct. The company said the products are live now.
The offering addresses a familiar challenge in research operations: organizations may commission new studies to answer questions that earlier work could already help address, while historical findings remain difficult to access in reports and slide presentations. Insights Curry’s products are intended to make research easier to query and apply, and to support the collection and analysis of additional feedback.
Five products across the research workflow
PersonaAI turns existing research into AI-built virtual consumers that teams can question on demand. The product presents supporting studies and confidence levels alongside each answer, according to the company. That evidence display is intended to help users understand the basis for an output rather than treating a virtual consumer’s response as an unsupported conclusion.
SegmentIQ works with survey data to build and profile customer segments through plain-English prompts, without requiring users to code. InsignAI focuses on the design and analysis of research: it uses a research-specific language model to create questionnaires, monitor data quality and analyze results within one workflow. The two products therefore address different stages of research use, from identifying groups in survey data to preparing and evaluating studies.
Enspeek is designed to replace static surveys with AI-led conversations that adapt to individual respondents. It can reach real consumers through WhatsApp, Messenger and web links. The company describes the conversations as a way to gather feedback in channels consumers already use, while preserving the role of actual respondents in the research process.
TalkNAct takes a plain-English business goal and turns it into a multi-agent workflow that can run analysis and trigger downstream actions. People retain control over when the system acts, according to Insights Curry. That human control is a key distinction between producing analysis and allowing an automated process to initiate subsequent steps.
Connecting research with action
Together, the products span several points in a research lifecycle: making past findings available for questioning, working with survey-based segments, designing and analyzing questionnaires, gathering new consumer input and coordinating follow-up activity. Insights Curry presents the ecosystem as a connected set of tools for moving from data and context toward decisions, rather than as a single-purpose survey product.
Mohit Shant, Insights Curry co-founder and managing director, said many organizations’ challenge is not a lack of data but getting from data to a decision quickly enough to matter. He said the tools are designed to support researchers, not replace them. The company’s product descriptions emphasize evidence, data quality, real consumer participation and human control, although the announcement does not provide performance benchmarks or details on how the products will be integrated into specific customer systems.
Alongside the packaged products, Insights Curry says it designs custom AI systems and agents for organizations whose needs may not be met by off-the-shelf tools. The company says those projects combine AI models with client-provided data, domain knowledge and purpose-built workflows. Shant framed the work as building the appropriate intelligence, context and workflows around AI models, rather than relying on model access alone.
The launch gives research and customer-insight teams a set of distinct tools intended to connect archived studies with current feedback and operational workflows. Insights Curry says it plans to continue expanding the ecosystem and developing tailored solutions as enterprise AI evolves. It did not specify additional product releases or a timeline in the announcement.
